Personal Training can be many things to different people. Are you in need of program designed to help you meet peak strength goals? Are you looking to simply maintain overall good health and wellness? Or perhaps you need to rehab specific body parts. We've got options for all these — and more — that can be custom tailored to your schedule. Either way, personal coaching and one-on-one training will take you to new fitness heights you previously thought unattainable. 


Come in and chat with one of our ceritified personal trainers to create an individualized fitness program that will help you achieve your goals. 


Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and are scheduled at the convenience of the member(s) and trainer.


Members can purchase packages in our JCC Member portal and visit the MyJ app to schedule.

Cardio/Strength Training

Private Pilates Training

Private Pilates instruction helps individuals focus on improving posture, muscular imbalances and weaknesses and increasing core strength. Sessions are designed to fit individual needs by utilizing mat and reforming exercises to encompass a full body workout. Sessions can be purchased here and then scheduled through the MyJ app.

Private Yoga Training

One hour sessions teach movements promoting balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques in the comfort of a personal training session. Sessions can be purchased here, and scheduled through the MyJ app.
