The MyJ App is for JCC members only and is your way to schedule visits to use JCC health & wellness facilities and book spaces in group fitness classes.
Launch the portal at SimonFamilyJCC.org/member-portal
Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button beneath the “Log In” bar
Enter your name, birth date, and email. It is essential you enter the same email you used when you established your JCC membership in order to connect your account.*
After clicking the Captcha, a verification email will be sent to the address you provided. (Allow 3 minutes, and don't forget to check spam!) Click the verification link and create your password. You're all set!

The JCC Membership Portal will allow you to see your and your family’s account, update your contact information, and make purchases.

If you forgot your password please go to the login screen and click “forgot password”. You will be sent an email to the email address used when creating an account. The email will contain a 6 digit pin number. In the app, create a new password, confirm the new password and enter the 6-digit pin number. Click “Login”.
Click on the top left menu icon. Under “General” click “Account”. An account page will open where you can select logout.
If you need to re-activate your membership, please call the front desk at 757-321-2338. Please allow for a few days for re-activation.
