The JCC Maccabi Games® and Access is the largest Jewish youth event in the world.

This summer, thousands of Jewish teens (ages 13-17) from around the world will gather for the ultimate combination of sports, fun, and Jewish pride — JCC Maccabi Games, the largest Jewish teen sports event on the planet!

Think Olympic-style competitions, opening and closing ceremonies, epic social events, hands-on community service, and unforgettable memories — all while connecting with Jewish teens from across the globe.

JCC Maccabi is a one-of-a-kind experience that strengthens Jewish identity, builds lifelong friendships, and celebrates community. Teens don’t just compete, they live and learn Jewish values like teamwork, respect, and tikkun olam (repairing the world).

The Access Games cater to individuals aged 13-23 facing developmental challenges, offering specialized sports, programming, and competitions tailored to the needs of Access athletes.

Timeline

February 27: Non-refundable deposit of $250 due to Simon Family JCC
March 3: Early Bird--pay 50% of account balance due to earn $100 voucher.
March 31: Payment of 50% of account balance due.
May 1: Online information registration (Regpack) completion deadline for Athletes.
April 26: Yom Ha'atzmaut Community Gathering/Israel Fest—All delegation members to sell car wash tickets 11a-4p. Can sell elsewhere, too.
May 31: #TeamVB Car Wash Fundraiser, 1-3 pm, at JCC. All delegation members participate.
By June 15: Spectator early bird online registration fee (ages 6-12 $18; ages 13+ $50).
June 16 and beyond: Spectator online registrations (ages 6-12 $36; ages 13+ $75).
June 16: Online medical registration (CampDoc) information completion deadline for Athletes.
June 1: Remainder of account balance due.
August 2: Depart ORF for YYZ
August 7: Depart YYZ for ORF.

Fundraising, Discounts, Credits Options

Sell #TeamVB Car Wash tickets ($10 each). For each ticket sold by a delegation member, 100% will go toward their account balance.
Make early bird payment of 50% of account balance due by March 3, receive $100 voucher for remaining account balance.
Refer a sibling who makes $250 deposit by February 27 and registers online by May 1, then receive $100 voucher for remaining account balance for original registrant.
Refer a friend who makes $250 deposit by February 27 and registers online by May 1, then receive $100 voucher for remaining account balance for original registrant.
Spectator registration online by June 15 receives discounted rate.
All credits and vouchers will be effective for the final account balance due.

Hotels

Delegation Heads, Coaches, Chaperones, and VIP’s during the week is the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites, 600 Highway 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2.

Access participants and staff is the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre, 200 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Vaughan, ON L4K 0B9. The rooms for Access participants are covered as part of participation.

Rate: $289 - $439 CAD/Night (plus HST)

First night in block: Sunday, August 2nd
Last night in block: Wednesday, August 5th (Team VB covers night of Thursday, August 6)
