Open to all children ages 3-6, this program teaches the basic techniques and skills of the game of tee ball to include throwing, catching, hitting, base running, and team work.

All parents are encouraged to participate with their players. Team jersey is included.

Open to all boys and girls ages 5-18, this recreational competitive swim team offers certified, experienced coaching to swimmers that wish to improve technique, get fit, and make friends. Swim meets against other teams are scheduled (TBA--none on weekends) for the middle of the summer, concluding with a team championship on 7/18, 6pm.

Jewish teenagers from the local Virginia Beach community, serving as representatives for Team Virginia Beach at the JCC Maccabi Games, have the opportunity to connect with fellow Jewish teens globally during this yearly Olympic-style sports festival.

The event not only enhances their Jewish identity but also fosters increased interaction within their community.

Open to all anglers, Lake Sandler will be open to shore-cast fishing for this one special day with largemouth bass, catfish, and blue gills all abundantly available during this catch-and-release event.

There will be prizes given every hour for biggest fish in three age groups of 9 and under, 10-55, and 56 and up. There will also be raffle prizes. Bring your own fishing gear, but there will be bait, lures, snacks, and drinks for purchase.

Life vests and lifeguards will be on site, and all children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult. First cast is at 1PM, with last cast at 3:55PM. Entry fee includes a JCC all-access day pass.
