Calm Kids LLC offers a 5-week yoga journey for ages 4-10. Ms. Amber teaches fundamental poses, breathing, mindfulness, and traditional flows. Students will boost confidence and develop improved body awareness. This program equips them with valuable skills for reducing stress and improving focus, beneficial both at home and in school.
