The JCC jFit 100 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge kicks off on June 1, 2026!

 

 

For 100 days, challenge yourself to stay active every single day. Complete at least one qualifying activity daily to keep your streak alive. Whether you prefer the pool, the track, the weight room, or a high-energy group class, there’s a way for everyone to participate. Start anytime!

 

Choose from:

  • Run for 30+ minutes
  • Walk for 30+ minutes
  • Cycle for 30+ minutes
  • Swim laps for at least 20 minutes
  • Any workout (elliptical, rowing, step, weights, and more) for 30+ minutes
  • Any JCC group fitness class

 

You’re welcome to do more than one activity in a day—but only one counts toward your daily total. Consistency is key!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Register in the app. Sign up for the challenge in the MyJ app today. If you’re not registered, you’re not participating! You must register to join. (Instructions on how to download the app.)
  2. Complete your daily activity. Starting June 1, complete at least one activity each day. These can include walking, running, swimming, cycling, a gym workout, or a group class. 
  3. Log your activity. Open the challenge in the MyJ app and tap “Add.”
  4. Enter “1” in the day field (REQUIRED) and any comments for your records. Click “add activity” button. 
  5. Stay consistent. Come back each day and repeat to keep your streak going!

 

IMPORTANT! Activities are not tracked automatically. For example, if you reserve a lap lane or attend a class, you still need to log it manually in the challenge for it to apply.
